It facilitates the release of stress from the nervous system, supports circulation, as well as, the dislodging and elimination of metabolic impurities held deep in the tissues. Note that this is not deep tissue work- instead it is a pacifying and calming treatment.
Shirodhara instills profound peace with the streaming of warm herbalized oil over the forehead. It pacifies the active mind, releases mental stress and takes the relaxation of the massage to a greater depth. You’ll leave grounded and calm.
Swedhana is a therapeutic heat treatment and you’ll have integration time in the infrared sauna. It further encourages the elimination of metabolic impurities and takes the state of relaxation to greater depths.

This stress releasing treatment begins with a gentle restorative abhyanga- warm herbal massage with heated stones. There is extra emphasis on the shoulders, neck, head and face relaxation. The massage is followed by Shirodhara, a sublime treatment that instills profound peace. Experience the streaming of warm herbalized oil over the forehead, which pacifies the active mind and truly relaxes the body and spirit. Note that this is not deep tissue work- instead it is a pacifying and calming treatment.
This 2.5 hr session includes a 90 min massage, Shirodhara, check in/out times.

This divine treatment begins with a restorative abhyanga- warm herbal oil massage with heated stones. You’ll then move to the infrared sauna for Swedhana (heat) treatment after the massage. This further encourages elimination of metabolic impurities and takes the relaxation of your massage to a greater depth. Note that this is not deep tissue work- instead it is a pacifying and calming treatment.
This 2 hr session includes a 75 min massage, sauna and check in/out times.
